Ice hockey arena, ice rink, multifunctional sports hall, spacious fitness area, and a swimming pool with 50m Olympic pool and jumping facility, located on the Arctic Circle in Siberia. The compact design with an exceptionally high degree of prefabrication can take arctic conditions into account.

The compact shell is spanned by a curtain-like metal facade, which gives the building its own identity and high recognition value. The principle is consistently continued: the three-story foyer presents itself as an abstract one-cavity, local motifs and colors permeate the entire structure like leitmotifs.
