Three private villas are planned for a secluded, park-like site on the outskirts of Vladimir, offering an exclusive retreat where architecture and landscape come together in a calm, elevated setting. Each villa is defined by two gently curving bars that intersect to form a fluid X-shaped layout. Stepping naturally with the terrain, one bar accommodates bedrooms, offices, and service areas, while the other houses generous living spaces beneath a sculpted, three-dimensional ceiling. This flowing interior form opens the homes toward the surrounding greenery, creating a seamless transition between indoor comfort and the landscape beyond.
The intersecting volumes subtly shape two private courtyards for each residence, ensuring both intimacy and generous views. These protected outdoor spaces give every villa its own orientation and character, while the shared geometric concept creates a unified architectural identity across the ensemble. The result is a collection of refined, quietly luxurious homes—each one distinct, yet connected by a sense of serenity, elegance, and close dialogue with nature.
