This seaside resort is conceived as a carefully orchestrated architectural ensemble that frames the coastal landscape and elevates it into a curated spatial experience. At its center stands the main hotel: a singular, sculpted volume defined by a three-dimensional façade of finely calibrated vertical extrusions. These elements generate depth and shadow while articulating a continuous curved surface that integrates balconies, openings, and structural rhythm into one coherent expression. The result is a building that appears both monolithic and weightless—its soft, textile-like geometry responding to the movement of wind and light along the waterfront. A discreetly integrated rooftop helipad reinforces the building’s status as a landmark arrival point, anchoring the resort as a destination of exclusivity and architectural clarity.
